Veterinarian Dr. Madison Todd believes her father has been murdered by the poisonous emission from the town's pulp mill and is determined to make the new owner Clay Archer pay. As Madison sets out on a crusade to close Clay's mill, Clay just as determinedly begins plans not only to continue production but to expand. When these two unrelenting personalities hit head-on, there's bound to be fireworks.

"I enjoyed the wide vistas of Canadian scenery and the strong role of animals in the plot, especially the dogs and horses. Passion and Prejudice is a thoroughly enjoyable read".
